Where Is Minecraft Forge Folder
When you are installing mods, you probably just toss every files right into the “mods” folder in the main folder called “.minecraft”. Where Is Mods Folder Minecraft
- So first, go to the game folder (.minecraft) first, the route is different on different OS (windows:%appdata%.minecraft , Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft , Linux: /Home/.minecraft ).
- Second, create a new folder and name it whatever you want. For me I prefer to name it the same as the profile.
- Later, open the minecraft launcher and create a new profile you desired, and set its game directory to the folder you created.
- That’s about it. Now you can just put mods directly inside the folder you created and play multiple separate versions! Have fun!
